Advent Day 2 - 30th November - Prepare Ye The way
I was so pleased! The cross in this piece is actually one of my photos of a sea wall that I took just last week! The way the sea receding had left this cross shape was too good to miss - I knew I'd use it!
So this is a blend of the sea wall photo, a sunrise photo and grey cloudy day photo, along with a photo of chalk cliffs I also took last week!
I blended them all together, then created a composite layer which I digitally painted. I reduced the opacity slightly and masked the top half in order to bring back in a little of the detail in the foreground.
