Lent Day 8

It's pretty rare I use yellow in my art to this extent, but I'm glad it turned out this way! I had no idea what would appear on the page but felt I wanted to to be light and bright! I hope you find this an uplifting page as I do!

Take Me Deeper 2016 - DNA - Week 7, February 12th - Creative Prompt - I Am fearfully and Wonderfully Made

TMD 2016 - DNA - February 12th, Week 7 - Creative Prompt - I Am Fearfully and Wonderfully MadeI tried to do this along the same lines as I would have had it not been digital. I started with a paper texture, added layers of water colour pinks in different tones, added the flowery hearts (or should that be hearty flowers?!), added the text (then decided to make it look like stickers!), then added the leafy sprinkles! It was fun to play! Thanks for the inspiration!

His Kingdom Come Digital Faith Art Challenge

OK, so this was June Week 4's challenge and I'm a few days later but never mind!
You can find all the challenges HERE! Why not have a play...there are some good techniques to try!

For this challenge, I wasn't able to use the liquify tool as I have RAM issues so I just had to try and warp the ribbon into an acceptable shape!
